Payment & Billing Help
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Charges from Merchants of Shine appear on your statement as MERCHANTS OF SHINE or MYSTIC MD.
A receipt is emailed automatically after every successful payment. Need a duplicate or an itemized invoice? Email us with your booking date and we'll resend it.
Cancellations made 24+ hours before your appointment are fully refundable. See our refund policy for full details.
See a charge you don't recognize? Contact us before disputing — most cases are resolved the same day. Reference the last 4 digits of the card and the charge date.
Double-check the billing ZIP and CVC, then retry. If it still fails, your bank may be blocking the transaction — call them or reach out to us for an alternate payment link.

When is my card charged?+
A deposit is authorized at booking. The remaining balance is captured after your service is completed.
What payment methods do you accept?+
All major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) via Stripe, plus Apple Pay and Google Pay.
Is my card information secure?+
Yes. Card details are tokenized and processed by Stripe (PCI Service Provider Level 1). We never see or store your full card number.
How do I update or reschedule a booking?+
Reply to your confirmation email or call (866) 231-1242. Changes 24+ hours out are free of charge.
Do you offer service guarantees?+
