Service Appointments
Upon booking a service, you will receive a digital confirmation via email. Your appointment is considered fulfilled upon completion of the service on the scheduled date at the agreed location within our Metro Atlanta service area.
Merchandise Shipping
Physical products are processed within 1–3 business days and shipped via USPS or UPS Ground. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Standard delivery typically arrives within 3–7 business days within the continental United States. We do not currently ship internationally.
Local Pickup
For merchandise ordered online for local pickup, please present your order confirmation email and a valid photo ID at:

Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your shipment arrives damaged or does not arrive within 14 business days of the ship date, email concierge@merchantsofshine.com with your order number and we will work with the carrier to resolve it.
